This book is based primarily on the idea that most myofascial pain is caused by distortions in fascia, and that these distortions can be corrected manually. In terms of addressing musculskeletal complaints, the techniques and underlying theories put forth in the book are far and away the most powerful and practical I have seen. I have been using these techniques in my medical practice with excellent, sometimes spectacular, results.
