Functionally, the case works. It has a moderately hard shell, and the straps will keep your switch in place. There is a small pouch in the top of the case that can keep some extra accessories in place--I keep a spare USB-C cable, and some extra Joycons. That being said, this case has some major shortcomings. One issue is that the pouch which holds additional accessories is not zippered or anything, so anytime you open the case your accessories could come spilling all over the place due to shifts while you were transporting your Switch. The real dealbreaker, however, is the fact that your Joycon's shoulder buttons are precariously close to the edge of the case while inside, so if there is any sort of impact on the side of the case while your Switch is in there, the (admittedly frail) shoulder button could break. I just had to send off my Switch and Joycon for repair as a result of this issue, and as a result I sadly cannot recommend.

This is a very sturdy, well-made case. It holds everything for the Switch nice and tight. Plenty of room for games. I feel like our Switch is protected very well in this case.
When it arrived it had a very strong chemical smell that did not go away even after airing it out for days.

Overall this case is worth recommending and considering as a travel or storage case. I've not found a better one but I did have two things holding this back from five star category:
1. Some sort of indication on the outside which side is which prior to opening. This would be useful to ensure you open the case the proper way. Often you'll be able to tell because of weight, but it does take more of an effort.
2. It reeks of chemicals. I've had it for two days wide open and still smells from whatever they used to make it. I have little doubt this will eventually go away.
Overall quality is solid and stitching was sound.

It does its job of holding the switch when I'm not using it. The pocket on the top is a bit loose and items do tend to fall out if your not paying attention. The bands that hold the switch in place are a bit annoying too so I just make sure to open it right side up and don't use them. (to do this you will want to pay close attention to the side the zipper is on, or put a sticker/mark on the top as there is no other distinguishing feature to tell top from bottom.

The case is pretty good. It's not an actual hard case but in between a soft case and hard plastic shell. It's perfect for putting into your back pack or suitcase. It won't sustain a drop but offers enough protection for standard day to day use. The switch fits snug in the bottom, it has two elastic bands that keep it from falling out if you open it upside down on accident. The top has enough space to put a charger and cord (not the one that comes with it), extra controllers and what ever else you want. Storage for a few games. Great case for the money and way better than the officially licensed Nintendo case.

Doesn't fit the charger very well. The top bulges a bit when in there. You have to put it on top of the screen so it doesn't hit the joysticks and when you do, and the lid is closed, there is a lot of pressure on the glass. Also this thing stinks, literally. Smells like a plastic factory!!

This case strikes a perfect balance between affordability, security and protection. The case is hard on the outside to protect for external damage while the inside is padded with light foam-like material for extra protection. The plastic straps also make sure that your system isn't sliding around while in its case. The open pocket is perfect for storing any charging cables and the joy-con grip add-ons, although you might have to get clever if you want to bring a wall charger, pair of earbuds or an extra set of joy cons.
Eight spaces to store your game cartridge may not be enough for some, but for someone with a lot of space to use on my MicroSD it's not really a problem. The only real negative is that the straps sometimes get in the way of removing the system, but it's a small cost for the insured protection.
If your looking for a case that does its job while not costing reasonably high, then this case is the perfect one for you.

This is a great case! I'm able to fit the switch, a power cable, a spare battery, and still have room to spare, yet the case is slim and durable. It also has a flap of material that folds over to protect the switch screen. The back of the flap has pockets to fit several games. Really nice design!
I have to comment on the customer service. I originally ordered a black case through Amazon, yet received a blue case. Sara, from Orzly, contacted me shortly after I received the case to ask if I was satisfied with the product. I told her about the mix-up and asked how difficult it would be to make an exchange. I really did want the black case, but could settle for blue if it was too difficult to sort out.
Sara insisted on sending me a black case directly from the UK, free of charge. She also insisted that I keep the blue case. I received the black case within a week of corresponding with Sara. I'm really impressed that the mix up was resolved so easily, quickly, and with no effort on my end.

Originally enjoyed this case as it had plenty of room to add most of the essentials. However after a few weeks the elastic strap on one sidehas given out, appears to have had little stitching to hold it in and the zipper catches. Sad as I really enjoyed the overall size. Just wished the materials held up.
