Completely waterproof protection for your pack that compresses into a tiny stuff sack and deploys quickly when you need it most. We recommend purchasing the larger size if you’re on the fence. For instance if you have a 75 liter pack we recommend you purchase the Extra Large instead of the Large. If your pack is under 30 liters take a look at our High Visibility Raincover. Ultralight Raincover Extra Large – Fits 75-110 liter packs, Ultralight Raincover Large – Fits 50-75 liter packs, Ultralight Raincover Medium – Fits 30-50 liter packs

It is super light weight (similar to the thickness of a backpacking tent) and looks pretty stylish for a raincover. I assume you'll have to be careful putting your pack on the ground while this is attached due to the thickness of the material, but if you take good care of it, I'm sure it will take good care of you. If you've got an Osprey pack, this cover is a no brainer. If you have a different brand, I'd still recommend it as a quality raincover.
A very nice feature of this pack cover that is not advertised or pictured often is that the bungee cinch cord can be looped over the hip belt (an opening on the cinch channel on each side). This keeps it from coming off in wind or when you need to get into the pack while not wearing it...simple idea to make it simpler to use. There is also a small light 3/8" clip buckle near the top, attached to the cinch cord that can provide additional security from it being blown or pushed off of the pack. Great product and I like it better than the similar Sea To Summit pack covers, and it's costs less, too.
The reason that I removed one star from this product was the fit. It is so close to being perfect, around the top of the Daylite Plus, this raincover will sometimes start to slip down, even if you cinch it as tight as possible. This is more because of how that bag is designed, but I still had to check every now and then to make sure that it hadn't fallen off my pack. I would recommend that you get this because it does work well, but if you are using it in conjunction with the Daylite Plus, then make sure you check it every now and then.

The material is very thin and light, it folds up into the included and permanently attached bag. Features are good, as well as the bag, there is a shock cord around the whole mouth that keeps the cover tight to the bag, as well as this there is an elastic strap to go across the rucksack to ensure the cover stays on. Finally at the bottom of the cover (which is wider than the top) there is a drainage hole in case any water does somehow get in.
This would have been good value at £20 given that although the features and fit are very good, with a little bit of effort you could get something that worked as well cheaper with a bit of compromise.
If you want the full Osprey experience and the confidence that comes with it, go for it.
Draw cord secures it more tightly when on bag too
Does look great & fits my Osprey Talon 44 perfectly though.
