I have been searching EVERYWHERE for something that I can use for an emergency kit / first aid for an upcoming overseas trip. There are about 20 in our group. I’m only taking a small duffel. I needed the first aid kit to be small as well.
After much searching and many purchases of things that did not work I found this!!!
I am hoping you can see the before pic (which did not include the coban wrap nor my own personal meds - seen in the bottom plastic bag in the “after” pic). I added the coban because there was still so much room.
I am really considering purchasing another because this one is so great.

It will hold one Right Guard Deodorant, a pack of Q-tips, two travel Toothpastes and a travel Neosporin, a bar of Soap, a Razor, a Toothbrush without a full cover, and a Few odds and ends. You could squeeze in one other small travel Bottle, either a small shampoo or shaving cream but not both. (I'm bald so I only need the cream or a bar of soap will do for some shaving lube).
This wouldn't work for a long trip, or someone who carries a lot of items in their bath kit (most women). It will work for a minimalist packer (some men). It will work for either sex if you pride yourself on traveling "spartan-style".
The bag is ultralight, made of a nylon that will hold up reasonably well, but not to abuse. It's a hanging/roll/fold style that I prefer. It has two bigger compartments, and a clear plastic and a mesh smaller comparment, and two useless elastic pockets inside. It's a decent little bag for the essentials only. Maybe that's a good thing if you want to save space or weight.

The over all quality and construction of this item is well thought out and it feels premium. I really like the middle compartment with a zipper on both sides that where I keep my most used things. The top is great for my other small less used things and the bottom is good for long things like pens or some make up.

4 star due to size and price. MSR of $35 is rather high for the size of this item. However ospery's warranty and quality make up for this. I attached this to my hikelite using some clips at the top of the bag. This make this hiking bag with only 2 zipped compartments into a travel ready personal item. It make the top part of the bag more functional. I wont use the top of the bag unless its stuffed with things now all my small stuff is right on top and there no sag from heavy things in the front pouch.By Alex on October 22, 2019

This is the 2nd one I've owned now after having my 1st one stolen (along with my backpack) and purposefully sought this organizer out. I use it for travelling, cable management and other common travel needs, like a pen for filling out international travel forms, etc. It's great because rather than try and pull out all the things you think you might need on a plane, if you just keep in organized in here you really only need this one organizer. It's super lightweight, has a lot of different zippered off sections and having owned the 1st one for at least a year and travelled internationally with it, it never frayed, never lost zippers or had tears in the product. It held up really well and I would highly recommend it. I also use it on a daily basis when I'm home, keeping all my cables/adapters, cards, etc. organized in my backpack i take to work. It comes with a little mirror on the inside (attached with a velcro piece so that you can remove it if you want), has belt loops on the back and has a hidden away hook for hanging it up if needed. I highly recommend this!

I love this little kit. I know some reviews say it's too small, but I travel to a lot to conferences for a week or so and with just my two carry-ons. Don't let 2 carry-ons fool you on what I haul though. I am allergic to laundry detergents and synthetic dyes and perfumes so this means that I haul a sheet, pillowcase, and towels with me as well as all my toiletries because I can't use freebies at a hotel without a reaction. (What's my trick--combine good travel gear with some good camping gear--backpackers hate weight!). So why this Osprey kit? I was looking to consolidate and upgrade--I used to carry a drop kit that was 4"x6"x2" and a separate liquids bag, but I wanted something all inclusive and wanted to be able to hang it in the bathroom. The liquids bag on this kit was detachable and easy to access at the airport. The hanging kits don't usually have this feature! I also always buy brightly colored gear so it's easy to see if I've left something in all those neutral toned hotel rooms. The rip stop fabric should be fairly durable and one of my carry-one bags is a wheeled Osprey suitcase and it's going strong after a decade of campus travel and 2-3 conferences a year. This pack is also fairly compact--carry-ons and all. What does that mean as you look at my photos? I'm low maintenance when it comes to hair and makeup but high maintenance on the number of things I have to take with me. So if you like more makeup but can use the shampoo and soap at the hotel, it should fit. Also full disclosure--I've gotten fairly good at travel containers, AND I keep an extra pouch for meds, supplements, first aid (which you can see in one of the pictures for reference--that pouch is from the container store and since it is soft is stuffs easily in nooks and crannies of my bag). Okay so you can see the kit rolled up and unfurled. Stuffed full it's about 4.5"Hx8.5"Wx3D" and there's still some stretch room if I need to sneak in something small. In the liquids back I have a pouch/bag of New Wash Rich, and styling gel for my wavy hair, aloe and calendula salve, toothpaste, tinted sunscreen (instead of foundation), EO sample bottle with face oil (works as night moisturizer and eye makeup remover), brow gel, mascara, eye glass cleaner, essential oils, and mouthwash (don't be scared it's Dragonfly Effects herbal). I can also sneak a small EO headache roller in here or change out the hair gel with a mini mister of sea salt/curl spray. The trickiest part of the liquids pouch? Not perfectly square and my matador shampoo bag is a little slick but the New Wash is tick. The middle pouch--which is accessible from the the inside and the outside the kit when rolled! Cool! --Has a half bar of soap (which I could probably go smaller with and I use also for shaving), solid lotion, body glide, deodorant, sunscreen stick, floss, and solid/cream blush/eye makeup compact. (hint: turn travel deodorant and body glide horizontally, they fit better that way) The fabric and bag are what I roll my necklaces and earrings in. I tuck this in the mesh pouch on this level. The upper pouch comes with a mirror !...and I carry a comb, small scissors and sewing kit, hair bands/bobby pins, eyelash curler, lip liner (tinted lip balm is in my purse), eye liner, tweezers, travel razor, and travel toothbrush. There is room in this pouch for a few more things--feminine hygiene for example. The only thing I have that really doesn't fit in this is my night guard case. I hope this helps those of you trying to figure out how small might be too small for you or trying to gauge what you can really get into this kit. Be well! Travel safe!

Useful lightweight product that I use on expeditions - the detectable watertight bag is very useful to hold soaps and shower gel incase they spill. They hook is a nice addition too. Very good so far - my only worry is that it may easily rip, but it hasn’t done so far - will update this if it does
