I want to RETURN this item for reimbursement!! When I placed my order, NO WHERE did it state that this item was "not eligible for return." AND, it does not fit an iphone 7 when it said that it DID fit an iphone 7. I DEMAND a refund for this crappy holster!!

DO NOT BUY. This does not fit our 7 properly so try to return and it states not eligible. NO where in the listing does it say that. How are shoppers to know this ridiculousness? Especially being PRIME eligible I never imagined I could not return. With the money we spend on membership, we should be able to return anything.

I lost the Otterbox holster I got with my Otterbox cover and could not find a replacement. At Walmart I was told you had to buy the set, (Cover and Holster) so I was very happy when I found this holster on Amazon. It works perfectly and is reasonably priced.

I purchased this OtterBox Defender replacement belt clip to replace one for a sergeant at my post. The answers/reviews were mixed as to whether the clip rotated or not. The one I received definitely rotates and is not fixed in place. This is a must for wearing on a uniform belt. I will be purchasing additional clips to keep on hand.

I’m writing this review for others who are looking for a replacement holster for their iPhone 6S. The advertisement for this Otterbox Defender Series holster goes to great lengths to make sure the buyer knows it will fit the iPhone 6S but NOT the iPhone 6S PLUS.

When my holster arrived it was much too big for my phone. After sending a message to the seller I learned the holster will hold the iPhone 6S IF & only if you also have the Otterbox Defender case on the phone.

The details for the holster says it is for the “iPhone 6/ iPhone 6S/ iPhone 7/ iPhone 8 ONLY” That led me to believe my iPhone 6S will fit in the holster. I do not need another case for my phone, only the holster. I do not want the Otterbox case! I now have to return this purchase & find a holster that will work for me.

This may seem obvious to others who have used those cases but I am disappointed & frustrated because the ad did not mention this restriction of the holster.

Broke in 3 months

Use this for work so it gets hard use. I'm not sure if this is OEM or not. I use this for my work phone so it gets used hard. This product broke at the place that holds the phone in. It broke after 3 months. Amazon said it was past the return time frame and sent me to the seller. The seller responded to my inquiry about warranty time with 3 words " check with otterbox". Not the service I had hoped for. Otterbox website says buyer is entitled to warranty through the seller, but that didnt work in my case. Otterbox website was easy and fast to submit warranty claim. Had to pay shipping and tax which was about $7.50. So, if your expecting any warranty assistance with this product, go buy this at a store that will give you service and avoid the additional charges.

The otterbox is incredibly durable, this holster is not.
The clip breaks off relatively easily, as I and many of my coworkers have encountered.
Recommendation, buy a nylon or leather pouch that doesn’t have a rotating clip.
