Read this book and you can be sure the US Government won't tell you that the Earth has a floating spacecraft floating around there. The Hindus and the Zulu people both remember a time when there WAS NO MOON rotating the Earth. And if you have a very good telescope set up, look at the "craters". Oddly they don't conform to Earth craters. Take the distance across, like at Meteor Crater and its so wide and so deep because the Earth has earth. On the moon the "craters" actually bugle OUT in their centers. How can that be if the moon was not made. And it is the biggest moon compared to what its orbiting.

It provides many theories, a little history, light on facts. Its short, (180) pages. At times its drogue, at others, compelling. Its the first book to come out n the subject It does pose interesting questions. MY advice is though 5 stars, borrow a copy for after you read it, it leaves you with a flat taste in your mouth

I have found that this little book is as much of a mystery as the moon itself. I procured a copy (shipped from Canada) for the small sum of about $10. Along with its scarcity, it would appear that considerable hype surrounds this book, thus driving the high prices found on Amazon and elsewhere. I would suggest being patient for a reasonable offering.
Printed in 1976, my trade paperback copy (7" x 4-1/4") runs 172 musty pages including footnotes and bibliography. There is no contents page and after a short prologue by the author, enters a swift Q & A format of various moon 'anomalies'. The questions raised point directly to a theory proposed by two Russian scientists that our moon is an artificial orb originally designed as an alien spacecraft. Included are comments on density/mass/resonance and magnetic discrepancies, anomalous topical features, UFO connections, reprints of suspicious (coded) NASA astronaut "chatter" during the Apollo missions, along with some very interesting paleohistorical questions. There are only 3 or 4 photo-illustrations of low quality. While I am not adhering to the spacecraft theory, the anomalies do raise questions about the origins of the moon and whether it has been manufactured or "adjusted" by artificial means for a particular purpose. This theory has also been applied to other moons in our solar system that have similar issues that cannot be explained by standard scientific models.
Having read numerous works on subjects relating to our questionable celestial origins, at first look I thought the body of this material had surely been addressed before or since. But as I reviewed the data, it appears that this is not necessarily the case; at least not in any in-depth scientific way (Richard Hoagland notwithstanding). It all still remains in the realm of sci-fi mythology. The bibliography (38 entries) was of no help in that it included general essays (Asimov, Velikovsky, etc.), and most of the authors cited had either passed or had not expanded upon their own works of that era (1960s - 70s). Others referenced had simply fallen out of print as well, such as H.S. Bellamy's "Moons, Myths and Men." The author also quotes liberally from various contributors to periodicals that touched lightly upon this subject (Science News, Saga, Scientific American, et al.) Which brings about another mystery - who is the real Don Wilson? A simple search will yield a number of Don Wilsons; the closest match being the British TV producer who had a hand in the development of the "Dr. Who" science fiction series. There is no mention however of his authorship of this book.
Along with the unusual nature of the book's quick slide into obscurity, is the silence regarding our moon's origins from any scientific circles. As it turns out, there are significant problems with all accepted earth/moon origin theories. A fascinating connection to the issues raised here was found in the history of Tiahuanaco - an ancient city high in the Andes on the border of Peru and Bolivia containing incredible structures possibly chronicling the history of our now "dead" moon. The aforementioned H.S. Bellamy also authored "The Great Idol of Tiahuanaco", a most enlightening study of the unusual sandstone idol and its symbolism, which (although also out of print) can be found in PDF format for download at scribd.com. In any event, "Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon" (although dated) is a small book that continues to ask big questions.

I own this book. It is definetely out of print. This is the type of stuff that gets swept under the carpet, so to speak. The most recent public presentation of such material has been done by Richard Hoagland. His "Mars' video presentations are good to look into. The "Hoagland's Mars vol 2" Video is almost entirely about the moon, and the strange features, and Monuments of this celestial body. There is solid evidence (and shadows) that prove that there are structures on the surface of the moon that are over 15 stories tall, and I'm talking about building stories! This book goes into detail about the anomalies of the moon, and the structures on the OUTSIDE are only one small tip of the iceburg. Books like these, that are out of print and rare, are secret gems. Their scarcity alone tell a story! But what is in this book is very worthy of looking into, even if it costs you an outrageous price, (and I'm not selling one here, so that isn't seller propaganda, I'm keeping my copy.) This book has secret information, in the light of massive evidence, still continues to be supressed from public acceptance. Get this book and tell a friend about what you read. There is definetely more to this life than we are taught. Real education is up to you. This kind of stuff isn't taught in the universities unfortunately. I give this book 4 stars, because it is older, and not as exciting as could be. It is packed full of information, reports, example, and can be veryscientific, and left brained! Therefore I docked it down a star from being BEST, because the reader has to do a lot of work to stay awake, and to interpret the connotation of such material. In otherwords, the author lets the reader think for themselve and there isn't any much suggestion about what to do with the info. Its just a shocker full of info, and coverup. I still think this book is awesome however! if you can think for yourself, then you'll love this one too! PEACE TO ALL~!

Amazing Book

I highly recommend this book, it should be reprinted, Don Wilson made an amazing research for this work, he takes seriously the research made by two Soviet scientists, Vasin and Shcherbakov. Turns out that some of the predictions of the Soviets scientists are confirmed.
Don Wilson makes an astonishing research also on the UFOs on the moon, and other anomalies found by ancient astronomers and UFOs supposedly interacting with the NASA missions. He also reveals tons of information on the Moon, some of them did change within time.
Though the conclusion that the Moon is artificial is wrong, Tom Van Flandern explains it better than anyone, there are plenty of anomalies on the moon and Don Wilson does an awesome job in reveal it for us. Amazing book, I did not expect it was so good.
