Format: Audio CD
I first heard Jon Sholle in the early 1980s when he was Andy Statman's "klezmer rock" guitarist of choice -- having previously worked with Little Esther Phillips, James Brown, Sonny Stitt, Bette Midler and other blues and jazz greats. He also appears with Statman on Andy's Ramble. Sholle is an unbelievable guitarist, with tremendous feeling and musicality in addition to chops, of which this CD gives you a taste.
