In thh book, you'd also find Sales & Technology to help sales professionals like me achieve success. I sent Rex an email as I had few questions around the Chapter 8 : Funnel Math and next hour I get a phone call from him explaining where I went wrong and the next minute he sends me a video session by Ryan. That's an experience & gesture I will never forget.
This book isn't a theoretical exploration of a topic with no clear next steps. It's also not a self-help guide disguised as a business book. Oh, and it's not a hypothetical exploration of something the authors have never done before. it's full of real tactics written by real people who do the job themselves.
It's also cool that they look at topics from the manager's perspective at the end of each chapter. As a result, managers have some talking point to cover with their team, and individual contributors get insight into what their boss really cares about.
Finally, there is a workbook at the end. Anyone can skim a book and pretend like they learned something. However, putting pen to paper and applying what you learned leads to next-level mastery!
Whether you’re a SDR, BDR, VP of Sales or Biz Dev, or CEO, you’ll find a wealth of value in this work.
Rex and Ryan’s no nonsense approach to establishing and executing an effective sales process is refreshing and pertinent for the current B2B ecosystem.
As someone with 15+ years experience in sales, marketing and business development, this book was not only the perfect refresher, but motivational in its simplicity and action-orientation.
Is all the material brand new? No. Is all the material essential? Absolutely.
If you’re in the above roles, buy this book for yourself. If you’re in sales leadership, buy this book for your team.
Aspiring and true sales professionals will find this book indispensable. Don’t be an amateur.
I met them several months ago and the guidance they have provided has been so useful for growing my business.
Killer simple tactics that have high bang for their buck.
I'm so excited they put all of their knowledge in this book. Buy it.
Rex and Ryan do an amazing job cutting through the noise with takeaways that I was able to implement in my process right away. Some things were processes that I knew I needed to do, but didn't know how to do them. Some things were brand new and no-brainers to implement. Highly recommend for anyone in outbound sales, growth, or even marketing.
As the title suggests, there’s no fluff. It’s to the point practical advice from two sales leaders who have been in the trenches.
