Seasoning your skillet when you receive it the most important thing you can do, even if the skillet is marketed as "preseasoned". Wash your pans really well and give them a really good rub down with vegetable shortening, or something similar, all over the whole pan inside and out. Then bake them in the oven at 350 for an hour. Boom you have a great base seasoning to your skillets at will get better with time. If you use soap on it to clean it you need to oil it up again.
The only negitive is for the manufactures packaging... if they put a little more padding along the Dutch ovens alot fewer of them would arrive broken. Beyond that they are a above what I expected for the price. (Anyone that looks at the price and thinks they are getting something comparable to a 100yr old Griswold is an idiot...) it would be an awesome "starter kit" for someone that dosent have any cast iron or perfect to keep for camping type outings for a small family.
