Howard Menger was an amazing man and the stories that he tells us in this book of aliens and UFOs and trips to the moon are also amazing ...and very believable. The first half of the book, detailing his growing up and getting to know aliens was so good that I couldn't put the book down. The center section of questions and answers were ok but not much new in there that wasn't already covered. The third and last section was very technical regarding nutrients and soil analysis, but the beginning was still very good but got boring towards the end. Lots of revolutionary things like how our vegetables and fruits often lacked important nutrients (at that time in the 40's and 50's), and how important it is to good, disease free health, to ingest our daily minute requirements of nutrients, etc., but learning about the aliens and alien life was the most exciting! It all made so much sense. How they are so spiritual and kind and want to help us, how they are vegans, and how they could travel to the moon in 10 minutes!! ...and so much more!

I read this book to get information about UFO's and found the first three quarters very interesting. The last quarter was very boring dealing with nutrition and depleted soils and all of his inventions to remedy this back in the fifties. It's pretty much common knowledge today.

This book will go into my personal collection of spiritual books. Howard Menger has had some very interesting experiences with our brothers and sisters from other planets, and I greatly enjoyed his writing style. I have read it one time, and I will probably read it again in a few weeks. I highly recommend this fine book to anyone who is on the spiritual path.

A good book for those who like to read one alien experience after another....it gets a little tedious after the first seven or so examples of alien/UFO contact. I would have liked more discussion about what messages aliens have for us today and the future. Also, it's time to get a book that absolutely confirms the existence of alien life...mostly all the books out there seem to be very bizarre stories about experiences by individuals....are we ever going to find out the real truth one day and have it definitely confirm what we suspect? Of course, this last part is not the author's fault.

I read so much and I am old enough to say, Howard's life could not have been that easy. The scrutiny from the narrow-minded community (not because of choice, but because of the absence of readily available information ), must've been difficult to deal with. I am sure the condescending questions and more did not help ease his decision to come out as a mouth piece for the truth. In the 50's-60's, people would rather just toe the line rather than ruffle the feathers of the so-called authorities of truth. Howard's stories come across as truthful and unembellished, but I am not a novice at reading stories such as these.

Interesting read. I loved the focus on the message the aliens bring and their whole health philosophy. To think this was all unraveled back in the 1950s and seeing today how many people have cured serious ailments through diet gives the book credibility in my eyes.
