A well written story. She is trying to raise her little sister & brother while the local preacher, the sheriff, & others want to take them away from her and given to another family. He is running from the law, yet is innocent and has turned away from God.

This was a cute novelette with cute characters even though they lacked depth. Ok liked the Christian message but missed the romance. It seemed a bit rushed and I wish there'd been more. Nonetheless I liked the story .
