About the Author
A Christian father of four grown adults, I have seen God’s grace and mercy in my life. I have been happily married for 42 years (2013), to my wife, Anne. She is a woman of great faith and love whom I share this life with. We overcame the statistics, as my wife said and as stated within this book for Vietnam veterans, along with having a severely and profoundly disabled daughter that could have added to the stress. We have four grown adults. Our first born, Rebecca, then our second newborn, Robert, then our third sibling, Mariel, was married in 2007, to Ronell and gave birth, in 2010, to a son named Levi. Mariel is expecting a third child around September, 2014. They have another son, Nadir who turned 15 this year (2011). Our last toddler, Gayle, who, as I say, “I believe I would not be the person I am today”; she is our “special child”. --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.
