This was an excellent ending to Zeus and Lucy's story. There is a lot of action and tons of emotion. The bonded pair is put through many perilous events and spend a good deal of the book separated, but the book moves at a break neck speed with with a surprising amount of emotion for a dystopian book. A very satisfying ending to their story and a good introduction to a new couple that will appear in the fifth book of this series.

I enjoyed the final installment on this couple. However, due to some missing explanations on some "political" alignments, betrayal & forgiveness; I dropped a star from my rating. The author goes to extremes describing the intimate encounters, sometimes too much,. But on the political side (one manuever in particular) she seems to assume you follow with only a skimming of the actions without an explanation of the thoughts of the characters. I found it frustrating.
