Product Description
Utilizing a custom-formulated stone-derived coating from Germany, the Stone Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri reigns with its ability to deliver non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of toxic substances such as APEO, GenX fluorinated chemicals, PFBS, PFOS, PFOA, and the lesser known NMP and NEP. According to the FDA, many of these chemicals constitute a worrisome class of nonstick compounds that have found their way into the food chain, including grocery store meats and seafood. Both the EPA and FDA have conducted toxicology research on exposure to some of these compounds that suggest associations with several kinds of cancers and health issues. Although the harmful PFOA and PFOS acids are being phased out of production, non-stick coatings today are often made with the aid of a new generation of fluoropolymers, known as GenX fluorinated chemicals and PFBS, which the EPA has more recently cited as suggestive of cancer and when consumed, may affect the kidneys, blood, immune system, liver and developing fetuses. Also of concern are APEO chemicals, which are restricted in Germany due to environmental concerns and toxicity in the food chain. By not using any of these ‘forever chemicals,’ the Stone Earth Pan's coating stands ahead of the curve, achieving the highest marks for food safety and environmental health. In addition, the Stone Earth Pan’s coating is applied using a water-based technique that is also free of the lesser known but potentially harmful chemicals NMP and NEP, sometimes found in cookware. The Stone Earth Pan is far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces, and always a breeze to clean. The Stone Earth Frying Pan is made of a heavy-gauge aluminum core that allows for fast and even cooking without hot spots. It boasts a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves, and a heat-resistant silicone-coated handle. Coating made by Weilburger GmbH, Germany. Pan assembled in China..

Just got this pan. First impressions out of the box are good. Pan is hefty, pretty thick which is good. Nice flat bottom and they include a nice little pan protector if you stack your pans. (Pic included...set a plate on it cuz it didn't wanna lay flat right out of the package.) Mine hang so I probably won't use it for now.
Coating:
Not sure about the "Stonehenge" coating. The label inside the pan says "Greblon C3" is used (not C3+). However on Greblon's site C3 isn't even listed as being ceramic reinforced. It is only listed as reinforced PTFE.
Which brings me to the next thing, I don't personally care but the coating is only PFOA free, not PTFE free. If you're looking for PTFE free though, keep looking, your princess is in another castle.
Aside from that the coating feels solid and looking at the edges seems fairly thick. With it being PTFE and not ceramic based though definitely avoid metal utensils like the plague. Some ceramic coatings can take them...This will not. From what I can tell there is no ceramic in the plain C3 so treat it like a normal nonstick pan. (Source: Forgot Amazon won't allow links of any kind...anyway google Greblon C3 and it is pretty easy to find their chart with the different coatings.)
Build quality:
Initial impressions are build quality is good. Three rivet handle should stay in place for a good long time. The silicon is comfortable to hold and solidly bonded to the handle. Page says it is heat resistant silicon but page nor manual says to what temp. So I would lean towards "Not oven safe".
The bottom of the pan as received is very flat. Time will tell if it domes or not. It's fairly thick and heavy so I'm hoping it doesn't. There's a photo as well showing my test of the bottom of the pan. Had it sitting on a flat counter after the first wash. Water bead sits in the middle of the pan (or wherever you move it to) without running to the edges like it would if it was domed.
Coating and outer enamel are very even and there are no strange smells or anything that I can detect.
Final thoughts:
Initial impressions have me satisfied with my purchase. Though I am a little disappointed that the coating does not seem to have any ceramic in it the rest of the build quality seems quite nice. I will update this review once I have used it for a few weeks.
PS: For anyone wanting to know if lids fit, it's 10 1/8" Included a pic with tape measure.
UPDATE: Because as my single commenter points out, first impression reviews are not the be all end all. Here is an update.
It has been about 1 year and 8 months since I bought this pan. The coating is not *perfectly* nonstick anymore but it has held up better than any nonstick pan I've had before.
The biggest issue is one scratch from a roommate who has been appropriately summarily flogged for using a metal utensil in my wonderful nonstick pan. Don't use metal utensils in any nonstick pan and expect them to last as long. That's just good reasoning. So downside, things will stick to that spot without a little oil or something in the pan.
Eggs will also stick slightly at this point. I think the pan may have also been overheated a time or two by the same roommate because the coating in the center (where the flame is on our gas stove) is just ever so slightly more tan than the rest. Need to hide my good pans...
Anyway overall, it's nearly two years later and this nonstick is pretty darn good still despite some abuse. Which is more than I can say for most of the nonsticks I've owned.

I returned the pan. It is not what the description lead me to believe.
I'd go only for the "Anthracite Gray" color option, as it's the darkest pan surface, and my previous Ozeri pans in the beige "lava" color did show browning over the years that the near-blackness of Anthracite Gray is sure to best mask.
This elite, highly durable iteration of nonstick cookware never loses its efficacy, and therefore represents great value.
