I bought this beast back in the stone ages. I was foraging for food one day and came along to this wonderful motherboard. It powered up my system to slay nerd online and now it is extinct. RIP =(
Board overclocks well, but constantly locks up and has stability issues like you would not believe. I returned it to the manufacturer and promptly bought a new motherboard and processor for 50$ more than the price of this one. Skip it, for your own sake.
This mobo works great. Was easy to install. For a good price. The only complaint is the position of the sata ports. If you are using a graphic card ( like geforce 465) it will lay directly on top of the sata. This limits the number of plugs you can use. I know its a mini board, but this is a no brainer. Definitely a design flaw. If this was positioned anywhere else on the board it would be a perfect mobo. ASUS usually makes greats products. Had to remove one of my hard drives to use my graphics card.
en cuanto a diseño la motherboard me fascino. ya había leído al respecto de las altas temperaturas que le daba al procesador y es totalmente cierto, antes yo tenia un motherboard XFX nForce 780i y en cuanto a temperaturas era muy buena, me cambia a esta motherboard porque la anterior se me quemo debido a un salto en la energia, entonces decidí probar esta ya que ASUS es un excelente marca pero esta Motherboard me decepciono un poco porque tengo un procesador Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 y sin overclock me da temperatura de 47ºC, entonces no me quiero imaginar cuanta temperatura me de si le hago overclock. En resumen su quieren la motherboard para uso normal la recomiendo pero si la quieren para hacer overclock no la recomiendo.
