I bought this as a Christmas for my daughter. It came inside a small plastic bag, which was inside the Pandora box, which was great. On the negative side, because of the charm moving around loosely in the bag it had a lot of scratches on the edges of the charm. For the price it should be in pristine condition which it was not. Item described well. Unfortunately the quality was not up to par.

This charm is very nice, but the stone is so hard to see. It doesn't stand out like in the picture. The stone is just not as deep pink so it gets lost in the silver. The engraving is not easy to see either. It does not seem to have the same level of blackness as the photo. I get how these things can appear differently between one charm to the next, so I opted to keep it. It was a gift and my sister is pleased. Its the thought that counts. I do believe it to be an authentic Pandora.

Well, when I received the order I was shocked because it didn't look like the picture. It was very small and had a dull finish, and you could barely see the pink stone. I'm not sure if this was a knock off or a genuine Pandora charm but don't buy it. I'm not blaming the seller, just not up to Pandora standards.

This is for Christmas but I myself was somewhat disappointed. My Sister loves pandora beads but she also gets cheaper ones that fit the bracelet on the pandora but a lot of the reviews on the cheaper ones said the heart was to small and the letters to Sister was smaller than expected so I paid the $41 for the pandora verses the cheaper one. Well, for the money I should have went with the cheaper bc I was disappointed on the size and letters. If my Sister doesn't like it, I will send it back. Sometimes paying for just the brand name, isn't always worth it.
