For the 330 model
This is a very good camera. Video quality is excellent. Some people are expecting to read license plates 20 feet away with dash cams. That simply isn't going to happen, not even with your phones camera most likely. This thing actually records in a high resolution, unlike other so called "HD" dash cams. The plastic case is strong and won't warp in heat. I had the Mini 0803 camera before this and the plastic basically lost it's shape on the first day it got above 85 degrees out because it's cheap.

Viewing files is easy, just plug in the camera or micro SD card and it'll auto play in your default media player. If I could have one more feature on this, it would be a GPS record. I would gladly pay a little more money for that, as long as the form factor isn't bigger. I honestly turned off the majority of the features, like notifications for turning on your lights or when the car in front of you moves. They would be more annoying than helpful in my case.

I did initially have a problem with this device though. It wouldn't auto start when the car started. I contacted PapaGo support and they had me ship the device to them and determined the power cord was bad. I got it back with the replacement within the same week and it's working great now. It's good to know there's U.S. based support.

Update: after 6 months this guy is still going strong. Recorded a wreck that happened in front of me. Everyone who watched it was amazed at the video quality. This has held up in really cold conditions also. You really can't go wrong with this. It's very relieving to not always be searching for a better dash cam. This one does the job very well.

This is a cool little item! I received it yesterday and tried it out today. It records in 5 minute blocks, so you're not looking at 10GB files if you need to save something. The files run between 220 MB and 280 MB each. They are small enough to put on a flash drive if you need to save. It has a bunch of things it can do, such as letting you know when stopped traffic is moving (in case you're not paying attention. I will attempt to post a 5 minute block of driving footage to give an example of the quality. I purchased a 32 Gb card with it and it works great. Be sure and get a hi-speed micro sd to get the most out of the camera. I drive an hour and a half home from work and used about 6.74 Gb of memory. So, you should be able to get 6 to 8 hours of driving on the card before it starts replacing the older files. I opted to record with sound, and I drive with the window down this time of year, so there is wind noise. I will probably be picking up a couple more of this little gadget to put in my other vehicles. Downloading the files to your computer is a breeze!!! Definitely two thumbs up!!!

If you are trying to hide all the cable, this one is not for you, the converter of 12 volts to 5 volts is in the middle of the cable. Please see image. Good design for cam, but for cable management is so disappointing.

My brother got me this after my previous Garmin failed on me and so far owning it for over a year and still running great. I caught this in a parking lot last year when LA had a huge earthquake, I am not sure what triggered the recording if it was the G_sensor or motion detection, but at least it recorded when it needs to. I highly recommend Papago over any other dashcam in the market you can find, definitely 5 stars.

I really like this dash cam and its features. First off, full HD 1080p/720p switchable. It has a nice wide viewing angle. I took footage in both night and day driving and the quality was really good, even at night. It saves in AVI format to an SD card, so I had to do some converting on my Macbook to use it for certain things. It does do cycle recording so even if you fill the SD card, it will delete the oldest and keep on going. It had a micro HDMI out port and a 2.4' LCD display. Several buttons near the LCD display control settings and options. The included clamp works well and keeps this affixed to the windshield or dash. You can take snapshots and photos with this even. One of the cool features is when you are not in your car and you just leave this in your windshield you have the option of putting it in standby mode. If it detects motion or vibration it will turn on and record. It has a built in battery, which I wished was higher capacity, it seems to run of out juice sitting in this mode for at least 8 hours if there is a lot of traffic where you are parked at. But other then that, its a great security feature. Capture that drive footage, never know what you will get, and best protection against accident insurance. Now you know who is at fault and to blame. Or just capture that scenic drive to watch again later.
I did some video blogging with it, and the microphone works pretty well, it got my voice nicely even with the road noise going on.
This is a good dash cam for the price point, in fact one of the better ones at this price range I have seen. Worth the buy.
