This is first weed killer that we’ve used and actually worked. Our yard was completely green before trying the product, but that’s because it was completely covered by creeping charlie. In the late winter, we still were having to mow every 6 days. After the first application (using the highest amount of recommended ratio of weed killer to water), I didn’t see much of a difference, so I tried it again a week later. Within the next few days after the 2nd application, you could see a drastic change. Now it’s 2 weeks later and the clovers are dead. Our lawn looks dead, but that’s a good thing because it means the creepy charlie was gone and now we can work on building a healthy lawn! As a bonus, an infestation of sticker burs that plagued us was no longer a problem. Our poor dog would come in with so many and they were all over our house. We had too many to pull out one by one. They were in every square inch. This formula killed them as well! We also had poison ivy and other various weeds growing in our bushes. After spraying them, the bushes are fine, but the weeds are completely dead. Now our backyard still has certain types of weeds (crabgrass is one of them) that it didn’t work on, but our biggest issues are gone. I would recommend this to anyone to at least try. Especially if nothing else has worked. One bottle will last us quite a while, so I think the price is worth it!
**Side note, I did keep our dog out of the backyard for about 4-5 hours after applying. She is only about 12 pounds, but walked around the entire yard after I let her out and there were no side effects from the treatment.
