Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This app didn't work from the start. I originally rated the app with 1 star as a result. Then a review caught my eye; they had the same issue and had an easy fix: "pressing the triangle on the bottom of the kindle screen removes the error code and allow the app to function properly."
It opens with an error code that prevents the app from loading. Amazon support was unable to fix the issue. Then, my five-year old discovered that pressing the triangle on the bottom of the kindle screen removes the error code and allow the app to function properly. I hope this helps someone, as it's a great app.
My son loves the app, but there are a few issues I have. 1. It shuts down every time he clicks on the videos, his favorite part. It only happens when we are in Freetime. If we are on my sign-on it works. 2. There is no childproof feature. My son accidentally closes the app all the time. It's infuriating. If these things were fixed I'd give it 5 stars.
When this app works, it's great! My son is in Kindergarten and likes it. However sometimes the sound doesn't work and occasionally it won't load at all.
Fantastic learning game for all ages! My 2 yr old grandson is and has been reading on his own, and he's been watching this with me since about 6 months old!
