One disk. Both Mac and Windows programs are included on a single disk. You stick it in and load the proper one for your OS. I recommend the disk version as you can reload it much later if you need if the IRS comes calling for a clarification. Remember you are supposed to save your returns for several years - I assume they can come back at you anytime during that period.
