PC-Plumbing is a hand moldable putty epoxy designed for quick emergency-type repairs. PC-Plumbing is NSF rated safe for contact with potable water. PC-Plumbing can be applied to wet and dry surfaces. Cut, mix and apply. PC-Plumbing allows a working time of about 3 minutes and cures for service in 60 minutes. PC-Plumbing will not bond to wax paper, Teflon, polyethylene, and some other plastics. There are hundreds of uses in thousands of combination. Cures wet or dry. Bonds to fiberglass, metals, glass, tile, PVC, ceramics and more.

I have purchased this product before in my life at least two other times. And in the total of three times that I have used it. It has never successfully stopped water from leaking. There is still a small, tedious trip. However, I can’t honestly say that it’s the product vs my limited plumbing skills.

I followed all the instructions, mixed well and used a timer to make sure it was in place in less than 3 minutes. Terrible results. The surface is very hard but it has no internal strength. If you roll a 1/4 diameter rod with this epoxy you can break it after 24 hours by bending with 1 finger - less strength than plastic or wood and not as good as styrofoam for bend resistance and has poor strength. Maybe fine for compression, but no good for adding strength.

It's a piece of junk! I bought it about 2 weeks ago and mixed as directly. It would not get harden even after 1 week! I checked every day and finally gave up. Bought another stick from Lowes and it got as hard as steel over night.
