works as advertised.
not for use in 1U server cases, i tried to use this in a super micro 1 u chassis for a video card, but its too short... ends up being off by a quarter inch or so. probably more intended for ITX boards in weird cases. still, worked perfectly fine... just not applicable for my use and too low cost to bother with a return.

the capacitors get in the way of my mobo's pcie retention clip. riser cannot be fully inserted without bending the riser's caps (risky) or cutting mobo clip... why are the caps even needed? many other risers dont have them...
