This multidoser is a simple, easy to use tool that doses children's acetaminophen, ibuprofen, diphenhydramine, and prednisolone elixirs. You may be surprised to learn that the weight-based volumes delivered for each of these medications are nearly the same. Therefore, these medications can all be dosed in a single 20 mL syringe, which will work for any child up to 100 pounds. (For those who prefer more precision, the doser delivers 15 mg/kg acetaminophen, 9.37 mg/kg ibuprofen, 1.17 mg/kg diphenhydramine, and 1.41 mg/kg prednisolone.)
