One minor issue

The case looks great. Had one minor issue that will hopefully be addressed in a future revision of the product. Got my 12 Pro Max today and discovered that when using an Apple Lightning cable that the case prevents the connector from seating completely into the port on the phone because it's too close to the port. I was able to file down the part of the case that was preventing the cable from inserting completely and make it work, but wanted to mention it as something to be looked at. Thanks.

Watch out if you are charging with your stock charger!

Watch out! I got this case and ended up returning it. Over all fit and finish of the case was nice, but the cutout for the charging cable is t big enough. I am using the Apple stock out of the box charging cable and it just barley doesn’t fit and won’t charge without taking the case part way off. I saw someone else reported this, but assumed with all of the other good reviews that theirs was a fluke. Nope, same issue. Would probably be just fine if you plan to change wirelessly, but if you are wired charging person like me you will probably have the same issue. Too bad because other then this issue the case seemed really nice.

Premium case for a premium phone!

The original case I bought for the iPhone 12 Max had an issue with the charging port being a little obstructed by the case not being cut out properly. Customer service was extremely forthcoming and apologetic and they immediately sent out the newer updated case with priority mail from China. The new case fits perfectly and feels great.
This isn't a cheap case but you'll be getting a super premium case the price.

I’ve been using Pitaka iPhone cases and accessories for the last few years. They are definitely worth your money!
I didn’t receive my new iPhone yet but I decided to order the case in advance.

First off you’ll notice that they added a little logo to the lower back of the iPhone 12 cases.
The case is very lightweight and has a soft-touch and premium feel. Each one has a serial number inside. It has a little border ring around the cameras for protection. It also grips well but too much and is still easy to slide in an out of pockets.
My other phones fell many times but you’d never know because scratches are barely visible on their cases. Perfect case for a premium phone!

I have had several MagEZ cases in the past and for some reason, this time do my 12 Pro Max I decided that I wanted to see other cases. I just couldn’t find anything I liked since Pitaka has spoiled me. I didn’t like how silicone collected lint. Clear cases attracted finger prints. Some cases were bulkier and heavier than I’d like. Some cases were thing and light but lacked the grippiness. Then I decided to buy another MagEZ cases ... and when I put it on my phone, I literally said to my self that this is how a case is supposed to feel. It’s feels amazing in my hand. The new coating does making it a bit lest tactile than before but I still think it’s got enough grippiness. Now ... can the blue color come out already, Pitaka?

I love this case, I've gotten pitaka cases since about 4 years ago and love these cases. The only issue is with the first batches since they were prototypes, the lightning connector doesn't seat properly, but I believe that was fixed as of November 16th from what pitaka has said. other than that, this case is awesome!
