Stopped working after 32 days

I have never written a review before. I have been a long time Clarisonic user, and read about the PMD from several bloggers - it seemed like a great idea to be able to keep the silicone bristles cleaner, and a next generation improvement over the bristle brush head. I really wanted to love it. It didn't blow me away at first, but it worked. I was prepared to stick with it. About 2 days after the return window closed this device stopped working.

Warming plate stopped working after two months

The device is great...I love the cleaning and the warming side for my serums. Unfortunately, after only two months, the warming portion completely stopped working and when I charge it, no blue light comes on anymore. I can still use it to wash my face, but sadly I could have bought the much cheaper model for just cleaning. I paid extra for the warming plate. I will not purchase expensive items like this again from Amazon because you don’t get even a basic warranty. Thirty days is ridiculous. Also PMD website only offers thirty day returns. So on that note, I can’t really recommend this product. Or buy the cheaper model which is on sale right now everywhere for like $80 bucks.

I got the FOREO in one of my subscription boxes and recently started using it and wow it really changed the texture of my skin, blackheads, breakouts, enlarged pores GONE! I figured I should step my game up and get the PMD, I snagged it at only $100 last week. So now I have the FOREO in the shower and the PMD by my sink. I love the different settings and the warming plate to massage my Vit C serum with hyaluronic acid. People cannot believe I’m 40 years old. My skin is glowing!!!!!!!

The heating pad will not get hot. It vibrates but then when you click it on, it simply turns itself off after 4 seconds. Can't charge it either. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

I have been a Clarisonic user for 10 years and went to replace my face scrubber and they had gone out of business. After reading up on what else was out there I was intrigued that this one had a face warmer on it and it had great reviews. I am super happy with this brush. It feels amazing, there are 4 different settings, the charge was super easy once I figured out how to do it (and quick) and most importantly it makes my skin feel better than ever before. I have been using this with gel face cleanser and it cleans off very easily. I cannot wait to get it's sister brush, the body scrubber too! One trick I learned is that I could get this for under $100 if I put it on subscribe and save. Win win!

This is my new favorite beauty tool! It works so well at removing dirt and makeup. The silicone bristles do a great job at gently and effectively cleaning my face. But I absolutely LOVE the warming plate. I refuse to put on serums and moisturizers any other way now. The plate gets hot, but not uncomfortably hot. I’ll take about 5 minutes morning and night to massage the oils into my face, which after only a week of use, is starting to improve my complexion and give me a nice glow. I actually look forward to this every day!
