Very good flash drive for computers. Its not the fastest on the market but as its the 2.0 classic 128G flash drive. You can use it for all types of file's including large movie files. I say this since I tried a generic 128G and it was incompatible when it came to movie files. Even rendered as defective from seller. I had put 6 movies so far on this PNY and they all worked. Which I knew it would from my previous experience with PNY flashdrives. I have a old 4g fold to close style thats worked for years now for my music files. This brand is well known for storage devices and if they keep manufacturing them as they have been. They will keep me content and a constant go to company. This flash drive doesn't have the modern-day style factor but it's like work boots. Who cares about the style as long as it gets the job and feels great when the product works how it's supposed too. I would recommend PNY to anyone looking for a portable storage device that will work how intended. I can't say it will last as long as my other small flash drives since I only have had it for a week. Although, I am known to update my reviews when products fail and I look to buy a replacement.
Update: I just tried to watch a movie that I transferred on to this flash drive on my Sony Blu-ray player and got the devastating (non supported or unknown file source in front USB Port) error message. Darn this flash drive had me going when I uploaded my movie files from my computer to this flash drive and they played flawlessly. Then I finally give it the true test to see if I could use my theater system to watch em and I get this known error message. Updating my star rating due to this big problem to 2 stars until I find the answers to my not supported flash drive message or if redeemed as needing to return I will change it to 3 stars. Time will tell back to the drawing board.
Final Update: I am giving it the 3 stars due to it works great on computers but I like to use it with my other devices as well. So, it hasn't worked in other devices I tried LG and Sony. It's being sent back for refund. I already went back to my Silcon Power brand that I bought past Jan. I have had this 32gb from Silcon for over a year and its worked flawlessly on every device I connected it too. They only carry the max of 64gb. As long is it works correctly I will deal with it.
