As part of the physical therapy that I have recently been undergoing, upper body weight lifting with repeated sets of low weight exercising has become a part of my daily workouts. In order to continue this weight training now that I no longer have physical therapy, I wanted to get several different low weight dumbbells to continue to workout with. These were ideal. I love that the different weights are easily identified with different colors. I also love the comfortable and secure grip that you can achieve because of the neoprene coating on the dumbbells. I would recommend these for anyone looking for low weight dumbbells to tighten, tone or strengthen their arms.
