Great product overall for the amount of high intensity illumination. One major drawback I have personally experienced so far all this week with the daily usage is when putting the band on your head, the lamps are heavy enough to keep falling downward and tilting the neck band down. I have tried numerous times to tightly bend the band as needed to stay secure in yhe position needed and the same thing keeps happening. Other than that, this is most definitely the brightest lighting I have used yet as compared to the lower illumination red set but the lower illumination lamps on my other set are a bit smaller and lighter thus sustaining the neck band in the position needed.

The lights detach and can be attached on metal parts. But they can also be detached in a fanny pack and take up less space than those of similar products. And there is an intensity difference, unlike some other neck models that pretend to do that but they do not.
After only 3 months of use, the internal batteries last for about an hour and must be charged for 4! One buys his rather costly device and must then throw it away! Hopefully the seller will honor the warranty. I am waiting to find out.
