On the issue of the snap.... I struggled with it until I read reviews that made me look at the inside of the snap. Inside the female part of the snap there is a bump if you put that side of the circle on first it goes on easily... HOWEVER when you take it off you have to take the side of the circle farthest from the bump off first. (the bottom part of the circle as you're wearing it.) Otherwise you will struggle and take a flat something to pry it off and you will slip and injure yourself.... learn from my mistakes!!!
I had to exchange out the attached loop with the mid-size loop for my 36DD Victoria Secret Perfect Shape bra. I also found that it fits better with my boobs and bra if I wear it with the loop at the top of the holster. (So, in a lower position.) My P238 is comfortably tucked under my bra and there is no printing at all, although there's probably an indention in my skin. Granted, I'm also not wearing a form fitting tank top, but my t-shirt isn't baggy.
When I am working from home, I'm actually sitting on my bed with my computer on my lap. I have a pillow and one of those big stuffed backrest pillows, so I am not sitting straight up. I'm kind of semi-reclined. There is no discomfort at all. (Unlike belly bands that don't really work as well for "reclining".) I also did two 15-minute workout DVDs today and nothing moved. The holster and gun stayed in place.
I've practiced drawing the gun and that works just fine from my reclined position as well as standing and sitting on a kitchen chair. (My gun is 100% unloaded with no magazines in it.) Now, real-time draw? I hope I never have to find out, but I do need to keep practicing to get the motion imprinted.
