This is a good tasting natural raspberry flavored liquid, as thin as water.
It's sweeter than I prefer, think they over did it with the Stevia but it's not a deal breaker.
The raspberry mostly covers the B vitamin taste.

This includes 5 of the 8 Vitamin B's. The thing I'm most unpressed with is that all are natural
plus the Riboflavin is in the higher form of Riboflavin 5-Phosphate

> Riboflavin 5-Phosphate = After some research, it appears that Riboflavin 5-Phosphate
is the bio-active / tissue ready form of Riboflavin and is more soluble
and easier / more digestible than Riboflavin.
> This is an essential component of two majors co-enzymes, Flavin mononucleotide (FMN)
(AKA) Riboflavin 5-Phosphate and Flavin adenine
>>> FMN is a stronger oxidizing agent than NAD (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) )

This product is the first vitamin B complex I've ever tried. I've been taking methyl B-12 for several years (since before the supplement became mainstream) in capsule form from Thorne, and have been experimenting with other competing products in capsule, tablet, liquid drop, and spray form in the past year. The current multivitamin I take, Garden of Life mykind Organics Men's Once Daily Whole Food Multivitamin, provides 1.5mg of B2 (Riboflavin), 18.4mg of B3 (Niacin), 5mg of B5 (Pantothenic Acid), and 8.5mg of B6, and this product from PSH Nutrition provides an additional 1.7mg, 20mg, 20mg, and 3mg, repectively, making it a great value add to the 1200mcg of methyl B-12 also provided in each serving. One thing to think about before making use of this product, though, is your expected daily dosage. After eventually settling on 3000mcg of methyl-B12, I had experimented with between 1000mcg and 5000mcg of the Thorne product. The challenge with this product is that the serving size is the standard for D3, not methyl B-12, leading to 3000mcg being somewhere in-between 2 and 3 servings. However, while I've tried other liquid supplements which provide very poor droppers, at least this product has tick marks on the dropper to indicate the volume that is drawn. To make things simpler for myself, since consuming from a liquid rather than a capsule takes extra work first thing in the morning, I've simply been consuming 3 servings. Since there are 60 servings per bottle, this provides 20 days of methyl B-12 for me, coming with a price tag of about $1.25 per day. In contrast, Thorne provides the same amount of methyl B-12 in capsule form for less than $1 per day, and a sublingual product from Superior Source I tried a few months ago only costs about $0.10 per 2500mcg tablet. If you aren't allergic to milk, and you've determined that you can get by with 2500mcg per dose, I suggest you consider trying Superior Source. Just keep in mind that despite recently going mainstream, not everyone should take methyl B-12 despite the lack of warnings on product labels.

This is easy to take, and you simply need to make sure the dose goes under your tongue, for best absorption. Just know that this can drip from the dropper and stain clothes so you will want to be careful with it. I don't mind the taste at all. I am using this mainly for allergy relief, because B-12 supposedly helps reduce allergy symptoms like sneezing, congestion and itchy, runny nose. Also, I need an energy boost due to feeling tired from the allergies and medication. It is important that you don't take B-12 with vitamin C, because that can reduce the effects of the B-12. Just something to note if you are taking a lot of supplements for your immune system. Overall I am pleased with this product. I use it in the morning for the energy boost.

This is a decent B-12 (+) drops, and it has included the b-2, b-3, b-5 and b-6 as well as the b-12 I normally only get in the "B" drops.
The price is decent, but far from great for a 60 day supply.

The downside for me is again, how sweet this b- drops product is.
I don't mind a bit of sweetness or the raspberry flavor, but why so SWEET?
To each their own I suppose, but the over-sweet taste is a bit much for me.

Beyond that, I am very pleased with having all of the various b vitamins in a single go-to drop based product. GREAT idea, and I like that aspect of this.

With all of the "B's" in this, the price is actually more reasonable, to my way of thinking.
If a combo B Complex is the goal, this is worth a try.

After continued use of these drops, I've been noticing that my hair is stronger, my nails are stronger and growing, and my overall general body functions better. It seems to be doing me good. Can't say I'm all that impressed with the flavor, but that's because I don't like things that are too sweet. But considering that it's doing me good, I can get past that. I just make sure to let it absorb for a few minutes and then drink something to get rid of the taste. It's just a sweetness thing. Most would like this.

Many supplements are made overseas now, and one must wonder if they are accurately made and really contain what they claim to contain. This is a US-made supplement, which offers at least a bit more credibility.
The taste is reasonable, albeit a bit strong... but it's not as if you deal with the taste for very long. The dropper is a little hard to read with the dark colors of printing and the product itself... but once you have the hang of it, there's no problem.
If you need a B supplement, this one appears to provide what most people are looking for in a reasonably decent tasting form.
