I just got so frustrated with this POS I just twisted the films into thin string and threw them away (no way I can get my money back now) because I just could not get rid of the damned lint!!! This thing attracts lint like you wouldn't believe!! BOTH FILMS!!! I'm ordering somemore because I'm a glutton for punishment. Next time I'm applying the film outside under a plastic tarp! I just have to give it 1 star because this stuff is impossible if you live in a linty home and if you shed skin and invisible body hair (which includes all humans).

If other products are like this, then these things suck and there's no way for them to get better since they rely on static electricity. GDI!!!

I just couldn't believe it. What an instant waste of $10 I could have spent on food or something.

I read other people's reviews and was nervous that I had just one shot at getting the screen on since I had a single pack from Bestbuy. My first try was going well until I realized it was slightly off at an angle and when I decided to redo it, the next thing I knew half of the screen was full of lint. I had two choices, give up and eat the $6 I paid or figure out how to get the lint off the screen guard. Obviously you can not wipe it off with a cloth. So I tried the next best thing, water. Over the next hour it was rinse, film on, film off, rinse, film on, film off... I did it until I got it just right because once I got it on, it was not coming off. Here's how... rinse the film under cold water and using a DRY, lint free cloth, place it screen side down and fold the cloth over it and pat/press it dry. Remove it straight up from the cloth, be careful not to slide it over the cloth as you may pickup lint from it. Align it to the edge and let it drop over the rest of the screen, don't worry about air bubbles for now. Check for lint. If you see some, try and remove it by pulling enough of the screen guard up to reach it. Take a piece of tape, touch it lightly to the lint to remove. Repeat process until you are satisfied. To remove the air bubbles, lift the screen guard up to expose the bubbles and in a repetitive sweeping motion with the application card push the bubbles out as you lay the screen back down. Just remember, if you are not happy with the results, just peel it off, rinse it and try again. You might need a brand new lint free cloth to make this work, I had a few Kensington lint free wipe cloths lying around.

If u happen to have big hands (like me) I definitely recommend this PSP over the PSP Go. Also this one has a bigger screen. And there's no better way to protect such screen that with a screen guard.

Don't waste your money here folks. This screen protector is a sheet of plastic, not a film as many reviewers say. I think it is Intec that makes the film protector. However, this protector has a film on top of it to protect the protector. The protector for the PSP's screen has abotu 1/16" of adhesive around the edge, eliminating the possibility of pesky air bubbles. This adhesive sucks. Not only is the adhesive no longer sticky around 1/4 of the thing, but after about a day, it left a sticky mess around the screen and the protector slides when I put the PSP away in its case. It already has some scratches on it. It does, however, let the graphics shine through, I see no different with or without the protector on. Personally, if you don't mind the stickiness, the sliding around, the cost, or if you don't have even so much as the slightest form of OCD when it comes to a $250+ piece of equipment, then get it. Otherwise, save your money.

*Edit* My bad, I went to Walmart to double check on these. Yea, they ARE film, sorry. I got my first screen protector in a kit from this same company. I found an open pack for $2, so I bought it soley for the film. I put it on, I like it more than the one I described above. The trick is to polish/clean the surface of both the PSP and the film before you take off the back, use a canister air duster to blow all the dust off of both, slowly peel and squeegee the protector on, pushing the air bubbles out as you apply the protector as opposed to trying to get the air bubbles out AFTER it is completely on. It doesn't affect my graphics, my only complaint is that I can see how this can get someone aggravated, it was hard to get on flawlessly, I've had experience with things like this before (the backgrounds of my aquariums are made of the same stuff, just colored) but it still took me several tries to get it right, but by that point static brought dust under the protector so there are lots of air bubbles in my one corner.

When I bought my son his psp they didn't have these pelican screen savers so I bought the one they had - their were little bubbles in the screen and you could see it. This one maybe a little difficult to put on but if you read the other reviews that tell you to wash the screen saver if you get something on it I would also recomend washing your hands and working on a hard clean surface like a kitchen counter. You need to realize it is static cling and just clean the screen and its a piece of cake. Once this is on you can not see it it is like it isn't even there except it is and you don't have to worry about scratching the screen. Wonderful!!!
