I've create a video review of the product, which I'll let handle the specifics.
Overall, 5 stars.
And the quality is excellent
I'll address the issue of the metal rivet first. Yes, there is a metal rivet at the bottom of the PSP compartment. However, my case has a bit of material over it and the rivet does not come into contact with my PSP (see product image). I know that some reviewers have cases with bare metal rivets so I assume that this is a correction made by the company or there was a batch of cases where somebody forgot to put the covers in.
The other complaint is about fitting a PSP inside of the case. It fits and I invite you to check out my product image to see for yourself. However, it is very snug (see image). I have all linds of gizmos from pocket camcorders to cameras to multiple game consoles and I have never seen a case where the product fits so tightly. I was able to hold the case upside down and gently shook it and the console did not fall out. (Don't try this!) I had to wonder if this was intended for a PSP 3000.
While the console does fit, the shoulder buttons will be pushed into the console. I was able to squeeze a few UMDs into the other compartment and close it. This case can hold up to four UMDs along with the system.
The case is a hard rubber but you can still squeeze it. I'd compare it to somewhere between a travel case for your razors and toothbrushes and those generic rubber camera cases you can find at WalMart. If you put your PSP into this case and then put the case into a messenger bag then your system will be well protected.
I paid $6.29 for this case and I'd say that it does its job but I am not comfortable storing my PSP with the shoulder buttons squeezed in.Read more ›
As stated in the other reviews, it has enough space to store your PSP, slots for 2 UMDs, & a separate space to keep cloth to clean the PSP, headphones, memory sticks, other UMDs, etc. My OCD self loves the organizational detail. Sadly though, it's not roomy enough to keep it's charger in...that would have to be carried separately whenever you are traveling.
It has a sturdy zip, has a clip loop (that does NOT - in my opinion - look fruity, as one previous customer stated on their review) on the back making it easy to travel with, and I would love this case, EXCEPT for the rivet INSIDE the case.
Yes, the rivet is smooth, but why would anyone place a rivet inside a case designed to PROTECT your device? At least line the rivet with a padded cloth or other material!!
I currently put my PSP in an old GameStop case, and THEN put it in this case - it's a good thing this case is spacious enough to fit it!! Of course, this is only a temporary fix, and I am looking for a more permanent solution. There is no way in heck I am going to take a chance on having my PSP scratched up. The designers need to get together and fix this problem.
Yes, the case more than serves it's purpose, and it would be great value for it's money, except for the annoying rivet, and lack of space for the charger. As Zachary Price stated in his review: - "I shouldn't have to modify any product I receive from any manufacturer for it to function as intended."

Seems to protect my PSP very well. Except, as other reviewers noted, there is a metal stud on the inside that would rub on the PSP, so I covered it with some fabric. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Megan Kean
For the money you spend, good product. Enough protection, perfectly fits PSP and games. Nice little pockets.Published 3 months ago by Don
