Very disappointed, particularly since I have a number of Pachhmayr products. The head of one of the drivers bent/split with very little pressure. In fact, I was just putting on enough pressure to tighten up a screw before switching nto a Torque wrench for final tightening. They did promptly replace the one driver but I just had a second one do the same thing. The hardness of the metal tips on these are just not hard enough. I switched back to a set of high quality wooden handled drivers with hardened tips and haven't had an issue since. I would suggest staying away from these as they simply aren't hardened enough for normal gun smithing use. The tips are correctly ground flat and the handles are comfortable but if you can't apply "normal" amounts of torque to them (I've been doing this for 35 years) then what good are they? I'm using the plexi holder for my new drivers but the drivers themselves have been relegated to the bottom of the junk box.

Needed these the first day after they arrived. Used the appropriate one, worked like a champ and so much better than what I would have used had they not been here. So far I have had no problem with tips breaking or stripping. I am glad I got these tools.

Really a very nice set. The bits fit screws perfectly, however, the tips are VERY easy to break. The #3 driver lost its tip on the 4th use and it was not on a screw that was unusually tight.

Nice looking set and stand. However the first time I used the screwdrivers two of them broke. The metal is soft and does not hold up to screws that are on tight. Returned them and looking for better quality tools.

the clear bench holder promptly broke upon placing the screw drivers into it. and the #5 screw driver is too thick. had to file it down to make it work ...my Brownell screwdriver didn't require any modifications .....used on a Uberti model 1873 repeater rifle , most screws require a #5 ..your #4 fits in the slot , but is too narrow for the screws.
