I am very pleased with these heel cups! I had plantar fasciitis several years ago and got some heel cups from my doctor which were very thick and comfortable. I have bought several brands over the years and none have been like the ones from the doc until I tried these Wonderwin silicone gel heel cups. I have been feeling some heel pain in my left foot lately and decided to get these four pairs. I wore them the last couple days when I was continually on my feet for five hours. My heel did not hurt while wearing these. They are so thick and comfortable! Even when I got home and took my shoes off, my heel felt so much better. I could really see the difference from other heel cups I have. These are nice and thick and cushy. These have an adhesive bottom which keeps them from sliding down or side to side while putting my tennis shoes on and when they are being worn. So glad I have four pairs! I would highly recommend these!!!

Defective/damaged- Seller issued refund.
Brand new in packaged and it's cracked and damaged. It's been two months since I bought it and I just opened it so I've passed the refund date. I’ve changed rating from 1 to 3 Because Seller later contacted me and issued a full refund.

I had high hopes for these based on the reviews. Simply put, these are terrible.
The circled part in the attached photo is hard. It's a ridge that makes up the part of the insert for the interior part of your foot. I had to stop and find a place to sit in the store to untie my tennis shoes and remove them. It looks soft, but trust me, it's rigid and it digs into the side of your foot. I was wearing thick socks, it should not have been as bad as it was.
The wavy look to the insert (where your heel rests) looks like it would be comfortable, it's not. Though they feel relatively soft, they do not feel that way in your shoe after a period of time. For me, it was a half hour.
Skip these. I am going to see if I can return them, I tried two different pairs and they both were the same.
