I use the very fine powdered pure popcorn salt sold by Yoder Popcorn Co.
It's a real gem of a product: Maximum salt flavoring while actually using less salt--
except when things get humid. The salt cakes up and has to be slowly heated
to drive out the moisture. This is inconvenient. These Dry Packs are a splendid surprise.
Using them from first delivery, the caking has been banished, and the salt
comes out like a fine dry cloud. Excellent product.
