I am seeing here on that the page count is 280 pages but on and some others it is listed as 272. Which is it?

I have a PDF version of the book for review (and from that review I will be purchasing this) and I can confirm the book has 280 pages. There's a 7 page comic at the end (translated Manga) and that may represent the discrepancy. The book is 280 pages.
