His book is a credit to him and his honesty and compassion for others.
But, if he makes fun of me, cut me some slack....
signed, Adam's Mom (nope, I don't get any royalties)
First off, I quite adore his style. His writing is witty. His sketches are fun and whimsical. He always keeps me guessing about what's on the next page. I'm always excited to get to the next day. It's almost a challenge to keep myself from peeking ahead sometimes.
This type of book--the journal prompt, sketchy, inspiration-filled, page-a-day books--is honestly a-dime-a-dozen, but Adam's book is different. Don't get me wrong. He still has tons of creativity, inspiration, motivation, and wit on each page, of course. But there is one huge difference: he helps you learn more about yourself. While some pages are just goofy and fun to fill in, may prompts will make you stop and think.
In conclusion, this book is awesome. If you fill it out, you will be awesome, too.
(Also I think it's the absolute cutest thing ever that his mom wrote a review and let everyone know her son is the bomb. Cutest. Thing. Ever.)
So, embrace that nostalgia for your elementary school composition notebook and get ready to enjoy your "companion" as it forces the best bad jokes upon you, makes you remember to call your mom, and sometimes just gives you a blank page for some literal and figurative space.
Some examples are "text that person you met last night" or "tape a pic of yourself here" or popup ad "humor" or a page full of blank clocks asking what time is it. It seemed to have a consistent "current" computer and phone theme.. I didn't like that it brought that aspect into it because I wanted it to get away from the computer. I honestly just feel like I'm writing around the words that are already there and not working with them at all.. sometimes that's better than a blank page, I guess. I'm sure it's inspiring to some people, but I'm going to have to try a different one.
"1. Draw a beautiful frame.
2. Put nothing in it.
3. good Job."
It's great! The frame is enough.
It also has a bunch of inspiring witty thoughts too. I love it. It was a gift for someone but I love it and I'm selfish. I'll have to get another.
I'm a huge fan. I bought one for me and after receiving the first, I bought another copy as a gift for a friend.

It could be me but I felt this was a waste of time and money. Extremely boring and repetitive activities.Published 25 days ago by Angel L Ortiz
Purchased it to use with a certain client I work with, but after thumbing through it together we found it mostly uninspiring and some of it just rather dumb. Read morePublished 1 month ago by AC
I really like this book! It is very thick & has a lot of different entries in it. I keep this book at work so that I can practice self-care during my shift. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Lauren McCurdie

I loved the idea but it was getting tedious like a chore and I gave up prematurely. This is mainly my personality but I just couldn't stay engaged and never looked forward to it.Published 1 month ago by Sleeplessinseattle206
This is an awful excuse for a piece of literature. I strongly recommend you dispose of this if you have already had the unfortunate luck to purchase it. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Amazon Customer
