I wasn't interested in the history/science behind Paleo so I stopped reading after section II but sections I + II alone are worth buying this book. I learned a lot about what to eat and more importantly when to eat it while training/racing. Especially post workout/race nutrition.
Breaking this down based on the duration and intensity of the workout was very helpful.
Overall a great read with direct and easy to understand advice
