Julia Mueller is the author of Paleo Power Bowls, The Quintessential Kale Cookbook (formerly Let Them Eat Kale!), and Delicious Probiotic Drinks. She writes the food blog, The Roasted Root (http://www.theroastedroot.net), where she shares healthful vegetable and meat-based recipes that are primarily low-inflammatory and Paleo.

Also, don't let the "bowls" in the title throw you off. I haven't had one of the recipes in a bowl yet --salads, protein + side, etc. These aren't the silly acai bowls you see advertised at juice bars.
Another reason I'm disappointed is the number of recipes that use rice or quinoa.
The book is beautifully put together, and based on the author's history with food that she offers up in the introduction, if you're looking for low-FODMAP recipes this would be a good option for you.
