*The 50 recipes included are all super easy to follow - the ingredients can be found in a typical grocery store (however to truly be paleo, eating the most fresh, organic foods is your best way to go - but if you are unable to access everything organic (whether it be finances or availability) you can still live this healthy lifestyle, with great success, to the best of your ability
*What I love about this book is it includes meals that are everyday foods you were eating before being paleo (pizza, burgers and even cake) - using very healthy (and some surprising) ingredients to replace the not so healthy ones (sugar, unhealthy fat, unhealthy carbohydrates)
*The basic paleo diet includes: fruits, vegetables, greens, eggs, nuts, seeds, fish, fowl, meat
*The recipes are broken down into categories - Breakfast, Lunch, Supper, Snack and Desserts
*I have already adopted two of the recipes from this book as my "make ahead healthy/easy to grab breakfast choices" - Apple Cinnamon Muffins and Omelet Muffins - I make a couple dozen of each in silicone cups on the weekend and my family of four eats these throughout the week (even my 1 year old and 3 year old love these). My husband loves that these are convenient to grab before work and knows he is getting the proper nutrients he needs to start his day out right.
*Most of the recipes have 5-10 ingredients and are made in 20-40 minutes.
*The recipes I have tried all tasted great - the step by step directions were simple to follow
*Paleo uses a lot of fresh herbs and spices, so the meals come out mouthwatering and full of flavor
*I'm excited to try out all the recipes over the next few months!

For the breakfast portion this book includes recipes I’ve seen many variations of in the past, such as Omelet Muffins, a pancake recipe, muffins, quiches, etc. I like having the recipes all in one place, and I’ve tried a few very similar recipes that I liked, so I’m confident these recipes will all be delicious.
Moving into the lunch recipes I found some recipes I’d never made that I’m anxious to try, such as Salmon with Citrus Salad, Cantaloupe and Avocado Salad, Spicy Tuna Salad, and Turkey Vegetable Meatballs. I’m anxious to try their Chicken Stew and Beef and Broccoli Soup.
There is also a delicious looking mint smoothie I’m anxious to try.
In the supper section are basic recipes everyone wants to have a good recipe for: Chili, Meat Loaf, Beef Stew, Pizza, etc. I’ve already marked a few recipes to try myself: Baked Salmon with Rosemary Pecans, Japanese Ratatouille, and Balsamic Roasted Chicken Legs.
The snack recipes consist of Baked Sweet Potato sticks, Baked Apple Chips, Deviled Eggs, Goji Power Bars, Applesauce, Sautéed Shrimp, and Strawberry Roll-ups.
There is an amazing recipe section in this book that I look forward to trying. All Paleo recipe books must contain a Zucchini Brownie recipe, but this also contains Apple cake, Chocolate chip cookies, macaroons, pound cake, chocolate cake, no bake cheesecake, banana cream pie and chocolate fudge brownies.
I received this book at a discount for my unbiased review, and all in all, I believe this is a wonderful ebook to have if you’re looking for a good starting place to jump into the Paleo diet!
