These were recommended to us by our nutritionist, and are on our 3rd batch. In the last pack, one was covered in mold. The product is wonderful and kids love them, but they are too expensive to lose one due to mold. Packaging on this beef stick must not have been sealed properly. We are going through a mold detox, and mold in our special expensive products is the last thing we need to see. The rest of the pack seemed to be safe and sealed well.

These are high quality and delicious jerky. I eat these as a yummy snack. They are flavorful and they are one of the best protein snacks you can eat. Fermented beef sticks. I’ve always loved jerky but these have got to be the best. They are non-greasy and are a good size. They are only 70 calories, do not have sugar are 6 grams of protein, and 5 gms fat.

I ordered the variety box with all 5 flavors. They have the texture and snap of the lesser quality "Slim Jim" for simple reference but, these are way better. Original, Summer Sausage, Garlic Summer Sausage, Jalapeno are great. The Jalepeno has a slight kick, nothing crazy. I mean it, as I am very sensitive to spicy foods. The disappointment is definitely the Teriyaki. Slightly saltier than the rest of the bunch and the Teriyaki flavor profile does not meld well with these sticks like it does in traditional beef jerky. These definitely have a more "summer sausage" vibe. Great tasting. No added nitrates. I highly recommend you try 'em for yourself. Minus the Teriyaki flavor, honestly.
