Lots going on in this one: Bear is trying to get over Shawna. Cassie is torn between Adam and Grayson. Erin battles with moving on. Jess pushes against Jarrett and fights love. Ashlei struggles to pull all the pieces back together. It will all be figured out by finals, with a shock here and there...
But what is next? Will Kandi give us a summer mini series or does Season Three pick up after BN4... questions, questions :)
- “How the hell do you ever expect me to not be selfish when it comes to you?”
-...there’s nothing that can stop us now.
Just when you thought things couldn't get crazier in PSU you were wrong! Episode 6 (the season finale) is full of twists, turns and jaw dropping moments. I loved how we got to see some things wrapped up, but now I'm going to be on pins and needles till we get more, because the way this season ended?! I need more ASAP!
We got inside all of the characters heads in this installment, and that made me so freaking happy. Getting to see Adam finally figuring things out, Cassie being torn between him and Grayson, Ashleigh finally moving on from the semester from hell, Bear struggling with everything that happened the last episode, Skylar trying to figure out what she wants out of life, Jess figuring out if she wants Jarrett or not, and Erin trying to move forward with the decisions made this season was beautiful and perfect for the season finale. I love these characters so much and I really, really hope we get more of them soon, I'm not ready to say goodbye to the girls, Bear or Adam just yet!
Trust me, if you haven't read this series yet, you are missing out. Each episode brings these characters to life even more, and you can't help but fall into the drama and sexiness that is PSU! Definitely add this to your TBR list ASAP if you haven't already!
this episode was OMG and everything with all the feels!!
so many highs & lows make for an epic finale that everyone will be talking about for months!!
LONG LIVE PSU!!!
This finale is so much more intense than the season one finale in so many ways. Yes, season one had one heck of a cliffhanger but for season two the stakes are higher on a personal/emotional level. The opening chapter with Jess and Jarrett had me sprinting for the fridge and my winesicles (Don't judge! It was emotional dang it!)
The next chapter deals with Adam and while I have been kinda on the fence about him this season here in the finale there is hope for him yet. Bear gets his turn and the scene in the rain belongs in a movie, I could feel every emotion and drop of rain, that moment where you hope that the rain will bring cleansing, rebirth and a new start only to have the scene switch and then emotions change again (Hello Winesicle numero dos!) The showdown between Bear and Alex just proves why he is my favorite male character in this series. The next few chapters deal with giving us a little closure on some of the storylines from this season but the last few pages completely gut you. . . That ending of a season is so heartbreaking and filled with so many emotions that I needed a few winesicles to recovery
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for a honest review.
