I would give all the products 10 starts if I could. I feel this is a total game changer for me now on. If i have a pasta craving then I just open a pack and make my favorite dish with the noodles. Yes it has a different flavor not like true pasta, but it's delicious. I also love the texture almost a little crunch which is satisfying for me. I feel like I'm cheating everytime I eat anything from them. Can't wait to see what they come out with next.

Yeah, it's not pasta so it's not going to taste exactly like pasta. But I find that pasta is more of a vehicle to deliver the taste of the sauce anyway. I made linguini Alfredo, with Italian sausage and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. The Alfredo sauce was Prego and had one or two grams of carbs per quarter cup. It was delicious! The noodles were a little crunchy, even when re-heating the leftovers, but not that noticeable. In the end, it's an acceptable substitute for linguini pasta.

I don’t understand the atrocious negative reviews on this product. The texture is pretty much identical to that of zucchini spiral noodles. Taste? There’s none. It basically takes on whatever sauce you add to it. It clearly states on the package to rinse well. I rinsed it well and even dried off some of the liquid with a paper towel. I added it to an alfredo/sun-dried tomato sauce and it was fantastic. I made it as a side to a chicken dinner as I worried that it would be as atrocious as these one star reviews said it would be. It’s not. Those people are trying to find a substitute for pasta. You’re not gonna find that unless you do a chickpea/lentil/black bean pasta, which has more carbs in it. These noodles definitely have a crunchier finish in your mouth but it’s not offensive. I would absolutely have this as an entire meal with a meaty spaghetti sauce.

Haters are gonna hate.

I'm trying to curb my carbs during dinner and I wanted to try this. I've been hooked on spaghetti squash but there is an effort to make it so I wanted to give this a shot. Someone in another review mentioned how this is "slightly different than regular pasta".....No, this is very different than regular pasta. It's crunchy, it's like eating....wait for it....hearts of palm in spaghetti form. Aside from that, it's not bad, especially if you like low carb substitutes made from veggies and stuff. I made it with a mushroom sauce and it's good. But it's not pasta so if you are looking for pasta, stick with pasta. But if you are looking for a healthy substitute, this will work. Just don't expect it to be pasta. Portion wise-I was expecting smaller so I bought two bags but the amount was pretty good and I have plenty for a few servings.

I've been searching for a long time for a decent low-carb replacement for pasta that isn't zoodles or cauliflower. I love palm hearts when I've found them on salad bars, so I figured these would be great. First of all, let me say that they lived up to my expectation; they are convenient and work well in almost all applications here I have tried them. (I tried the lasagna version, and found the result very hard to cut) They have a mild taste and a texture that some may find hard to get used to.

My complaint here is with the shipping, so don't let this influence your decision about the noodles themselves. Twice in the 5 months or so that I was subscribed to a shipment, the entire 6-can box arrived with every can dented. None were breached that I can see, but I use can trackers to rotate items, and with the damage, I can't use them there. With damage also to the top ring of some of the cans, they also don't stack. Amazon was good to refund the cost, and I have cancelled the subscription.

In summary, this is a great product, but the packaging and shipping left much to be desired.

I am very picky with food and have always struggled to find anything low carb or carb free for Keto.
I was sceptical when I opened this as it had a weird smell and looked like bean sprouts so I wasn't very hopeful. Once I washed it and fried it I couldn't smell anything weird, it's crunchy at first so when I cooked it it made it softer.

I would compare the consistency to courgette and the taste too.

I made carbonara with this and thoroughly enjoyed it!
