Caution: Keep away from any source of flame. Pampers Diapers, like almost any article of clothing, will burn if exposed to flame. To avoid risk of choking on plastic, padding, or other materials, do not allow your child to tear the diaper, or handle any loose pieces of the diaper. Discard any torn or unsealed diaper, or any loose pieces of the diaper. To avoid suffocation, keep all plastic bags away from babies and children. If you notice gel-like material on your baby's skin, don't be alarmed. This comes from the diaper padding and can be easily removed by wiping your baby's skin with a soft dry cloth.
Pampers Swaddlers contain these mild ingredients which are gentle to the skin: Petrolatum, Stearyl Alcohol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract

Soulless Pampers Exec: "Alright, guys, we have a near stranglehold on the market. Can we start cutting our costs yet so we rake in even more dough?"
Other soulless exec: "Yeah, we have just the thing, but our marketing guys are having a problem."
1st soulless exec: "What's that?"
3rd soulless exec: "They don't know how to play up the new and improved angle. Testing shows the new diapers will spew a lot of poop all over babies' backs and that's not playing well down there."
4th exec: "Umm...we could just keep our diapers the way they are and go with that."
1st soulless exec: "You know what, Johnson? I'm tired of your attitude. You're fired!"
2nd soulless exec: "Yeah, Johnson, what do they care? They're just babies. They don't know. Anyway, we have the green pee stripe, but that's pretty much just a given. They need something else."
1st soulless exec: "Hmm....so you say poop squirts out all over their backs?"
3rd soulless exec: "Yeah. You can see it right through sleepers, shirts....anything. The diapers don't hold much."
1st soulless exec: "Well, guys, you just solved that problem! Tell marketing to use that! 'New and Improved Pampers! You love the green stripe for pee, so now we're giving you the brown spot for poop! Always know for sure when your baby lets one rip!' C'mon, guys, it writes itself! Do I seriously have to do marketing's job, too?"
So there you have it. Pampers obviously must think that the idea of poop running up a baby's back is a good thing. Just to show how effective the "new feature: brown spot indicator" is, I've enclosed a pic of a sleeper I had to clean today. This is hardly the first time this has happened, with a baby drinking only milk.
But, who cares about babies, right? Pampers might save $0.000001 sent on every diaper made by cutting out, oh, you know, the stuff that makes a diaper worth using in the first place. I'm testing out another brand now, and if they work better, Pampers can go poop themselves. Really, people, the only way companies will learn is if people stop buying whatever garbage they put out.
Update: Go up a size and another blow-out. Oddly enough another brand of diapers didn't blow out with pretty much the same volume. Will be shopping around for another brand(s) to try. Reduced my review to one star because these diapers are simply one step above nothing.
Even though these diapers are more expensive than other brands, the quality is well worth it when you don't have to constantly wash baby clothes from blowouts.

I've tried Huggies and found they often leaked. Pampers Baby Dry instantly smelled if your baby even pee'd in it.
These provided a great smell barrier, no leaks, and the color indicator to tell you if the diaper was soiled is a great feature too.
I use these for my eldest daughter and will continue to use them for my newborn twins.
I think that gave my baby a rash and I switched to another brand for a while until I get the odorless pampers ones.
