I've used several brands of rechargeable batteries and chargers. These consistently worked in all my chargers, hold a charge well, last a long time once charged, and continue to recharge well with no noticeable decline in how long they last in use. I have found no other battery that can do all these things as well as eneloop batteries. I think they cost a little more than some other brands but in this instance you get what you pay for. As I have needed more rechargeable batteries I always try to buy this brand.

I decided to run a test of how long these batteries last compared to standard AA batteries. In my test I used three AA's in C-cell adapters to run a Duracell LED flashlight.

With three Kirkland brand AA's the flashlight ran on high for just shy of 5 HOURS. I let the batteries sit 24 hours overnight and tried them again the next day. They ran the flashlight for an additional 1.5 HOURS.

With three freshly-charged Eneloop brand AA's the flashlight ran on high for 2 HOURS. After letting them sit for 24 hours overnight they could only run the flashlight for an additional 2 MINUTES. I did this test twice with different batteries and got nearly identical results each time.

While they only last 40% as long as standard AA batteries and do not appear to be as resilient, I do like the fact that I am not throwing out or recycling as many batteries now. I keep extras on hand and tend to use them for things that are easy change batteries in or don't get used that often, like gaming remotes, Christmas decorations, flashlights, headlamps, etc. I don't use them for TV remotes or thermostats - regular batteries seem to last forever in those applications.

Our family switched to purely Eneloop rechargeable batteries probably about 15 years ago.. We bought a smart charger for them (that is also still in use and works perfectly still!) and use them in ALL of our home goods that take batteries.. clocks, remote controls, lights, toys, etc, etc..
These batteries SERIOUSLY hold their charge! They also last a LONG time!!
I swear they last longer than alkaline store bought batteries, and I swear that we still have some of our original eneloops that still work great! They are very long lasting as far as use in products, but also long lasting in terms of years..
It is ULTRA convenient to never have to go without batteries and to never have to run to the store for batteries.
We have tried other brands and ALWAYS come back to Eneloop. They are reliable.
No other rechargeables that we have tried have held their charge nearly as long, and other batteries loose charge when not in use too, but we have not noticed the Eneloop loosing charge.

More and more lately, regular name-brand alkaline batteries have been corroding and leaking into my battery-powered items. I am finally giving up on alkalines and using rechargeables for nearly every application. These eneloops are the best I've found. I am still using eneloops that I bought years ago and have charged dozens of times.

The one downside is their lower voltage, which mostly affects motorized things like my travel razor. They just turn a little slower. And they can stop running a little sooner than they would with alkalines – when the eneloops drop below the necessary voltage. My TV remotes, for example, need to be recharged often to keep the voltage high enough for them to be effective. But it's way better than cleaning corrosion out of battery bays!

Las baterías son excelentes tienen muy buen desempeño, no son chinas son japonesas (sin ofender pero la calidad entre uno y otro es notoria) y la presentación en cajita (sin blister de plástico ni cartón estorboso poco ecológicos) es muy práctica.
