These are great headphones for the price. They are durable and have great sound, comfortable over the ears and they stay on your head well easy to adjust them on your head. I have had mine for 3 years and they are going strong. I love the retro pink color for women. My husband as a pair of green ones and he loves to wear his when he is outdoors cutting the grass. The sweat and dried out the leather ear pads and that is not a problem you can get your self a spare of replacements easily here on Amazon.com. The ear phone pad replacements are very easy to replace and replacements fit like the originals. When I bought my Husbands pair I only paid $13.00 3 years ago and who knew that this headphone would be come very popular headphones for the price and decent quality? My husband I both have a pair and they are going strong. One thing I really like about these is that they fit good around the ears that sound does not escape so you don't have to have the volume loud to hear your music good and clear when you are around noisy situations as outdoors. Here is the link to the earphone replacements which I highly recommend ordering along with these headphones for spare parts because they can be sold out from time to time. You will love these retro colors!

Good headphones after one day, great for the money. In some reviews, it said one of the Cons was that they didn't have a wide range, lacking bass and a little tinny. Since I got them to listen to TV and movie videos on my tablet, that's exactly what I wanted, very little bass, good mid and upper range for the human speaking voice. Other reviewers said they were a little bassy and muddy. I think the latter are correct. Not what I was hoping for but for $30 to watch an occasional TV show or movie on a plane, they are about what I expected. The over-the-ears design blocks out some external jet and crying baby noise and vice versa, it blocks out leakage from my headphones to as not to bother the person next to me. I hope they hold up over time.

As an aside, in general, headphones seem to suffer over time with loose connections either at the jack end or in the wire connected to the headphones. This has been going on for decades. You'd think by now they would beef the two connecting points up so that they don't come loose for ten or twenty years.. The RCA plugs on my receiver and home theater don't come loose for decades, so why should headphone connections? It eventually happened on my Koss Pro 4A headphones after about 15 years even though I probably used them less than 50 times in that time period, and they were considered one of the better products.

Not going to lie – I bought these headphones for the wrong reasons: I absolutely love the retro look, and the price was right for what I needed them for. Essentially, I gambled that they were going to sound ok. My gamble paid off... they sound really good! They're well constructed, they fit good and they do everything I expected them to do. These are really solid consumer headphones. I wish the cord was a bit longer, but I got over that quickly. If you're looking for a unique set of headphones that perform as advertised, I'd recommend these to anyone.

Summary: Overall, these headphones seems good, not great, but good. The build quality seems slightly better than the average set of budget headphones and sound is what I would expect. In the following pros/cons list I've tried to give a very detailed description what I like and don't like about these headphones.

Pros:
- Good sound isolation in the earmuffs. These create a great seal around the ear and block out a majority of surrounding sound.
- Sound quality seems fairly good. They definitely have more bass than my last pair.
- Lightweight. They sit very softly on the head and don't really put any indentation in my hair after extended sessions of usage.

Cons:
- The cord is EXTREMELY short. It's essentially impossible to plug them into the back of a computer sitting near the ground while using them because the cord simply won't go that far. Luckily I had a working audio output on the front of my case or I would have had to return them. This is my single biggest complaint.
- The earmuffs are very hot. They trap moisture and heat within the enclosed space. On warm days I'll often take them off every 15 minutes or so just to cool off.
- The earmuffs slide up and down a metal track for size adjustments. The system works fairly well, but there's no nearly enough friction. It's basically impossible to "set and forget" for the size of your head because they will invariably slide a little as you wear them and definitely will as you take them off and put them on.
- The earmuffs aren't very large. I have above average sized ears and they just barely fit with quite a bit of a squeeze. I have to move them around every time I put them on to get my whole ear inside and I do get a little bit of soreness on the edges of my ear when using them for a long time.

The sound quality is good with these, however I only gave them 4 stars because the cable length is way to short for what I had in mind. I'm now awaiting a jack plug cable extension of 3 metres. This is so I can relax back on the sofa and listen to music or watch television. They are cool to use with a mobile phone, the sound is better than those little ones that keep popping out of the ears and background noise is almost eliminated.
