Good vacuum, not too loud compared to other vacuums I've used, and the powered carpet attachment is easy to use and maneuver.
The extendable wand is also a nice touch, and works well.
Downsides:
- The hard floor attachment doesn't have the swiveling action that the carpet attachment does, and just generally feels like less of a refined design.
- For some reason, the small brush attachment doesn't use the same latching method that the hard floor attachment does, and uses a light friction-fit that doesn't work very well, so it likes to slip off the end of the wand. I have no idea why the manufacturer chose to do this, other than to save 4 cents of plastic on the attachment to make it slightly longer to allow it to use the latch.
