I'm a new fan of the Walk Around series and was able to get this at a very good price. 78 pages, mostly of color photos of completely restored panzer 38(t) from German and Swiss museum. The B&W pix are crisp, sharp. Pages are high gloss. When you're reading a caption about how many bolts were used on a fender, you know you're seeing extreme detai, something I like. The book shows every angle, showing you the chasis, hull, engine, turret inside and out. Line drawings show the changes in different versions. Very impressive. There are four pages of color drawings to show the camouflage used by the Germans in WW2...and the Swiss.
So why only four stars? There are several pages showing the inside of the turret, but why not the driver & radioman's position? Show a few less photos of the reflectors, fenders or hatch hinges and let's see the driver/radio positions of these very well refurbished tanks.
Recommended for any armor modeler, armor buffs, fans of the Panzer 38t (which was also the chasis used for the Marder I,II,III and Hetzer)
So if you're into Swiss tanks, that's a book to get.
