I got to say without giving too much away but if you read the other books you know that the prejudice is so vile. That some points in this book had me cheering even if it was inappropiate. It is infuriating to hear and know in our world that there is that much hate especially from "God-fearing people". It is unfortunately a fact though. Sue Brown holds no punches with that realization. I highly recommend this book and series. I am so looking forward to the next one!!!
Poignant drama, God-fearing people, and homophobia are just a snippet of what awaits you in the book. Luke & Simon and Noah & Tommy (among others), also play integral roles in Papa's Boy as life on the Low Cow Ranch is never dull. I highly recommend this book. The story is wonderful, the men are hunks and the sex is hot!
Zeke is so lonely and tortured, and so desperate for attention, Ray is the perfect patient understanding man for him. Watching Zeke come out of his shell with Ray's help was just perfect. I loved the glimpses of the other boys as well, so happy to see they are all hanging in there.
Looking forward to more!
