This edition is not what it ways it is (probably).

Statement on the cover is a lie. Sorry, but that's what it is. There are illustrations, and they're decent.
Extended? How? There's a long scholarly introduction to Milton and to the work, but it seems to be the standard edition of Paradise Lost. The Books are divided differently from my Signet edition, but it seems to contain the same words. But where's the extension. Paradise Found and Samson Agonistes are not part of this edition, either, but that's minor.
Annotated? There's not a single annotation in this edition. No footnotes. No endnotes. No comments or commentary of any type other than the introduction.
The reviews and titling of several editions of Paradise Lost have crossed over to each other. It is flatly impossible to trust that the descriptions on the item page you're on and the title of the edition on that page. I now have several ebook versions from this and other sellers, and not a single one has anything other than the basic text and a few illustrations.
Buyer beware. No matter what the description says, this copy is not "Extended Annotated & Illustrated". Just illustrated.
And this commentary may appear on other editions of PL. The reviews cross over to other editions and it's difficult to tell whether the one you're reading is in the right place. BUYER BEWARE.
